B1 or B2 Licensed Engineer Role Summary:
The primary objective of this position is to oversee an experienced team of structures and mechanical technicians, ensuring detailed inspections are conducted in accordance with manufacturing processes to maintain the highest standards.

Job Description:
This role involves coordinating tasks and supporting the smooth delivery of production and modification programs. Responsibilities include:
* Detailed inspection in accordance with BAC Boeing aircraft corporation specifications
* Knowledge of RA-4807 (RA-4806) for certifying and support staff
* Interpretation of technical manuals, schematics, and regulatory requirements
* Tracking adherence to allocated task card hours for structures/mechanical maintenance and modifications
* Identification of discrepancies between planned and actual hours, analyzing root causes
* Escalation of variations to stakeholders, including line managers, planners, and program team
* Recommendation of process improvements to optimize efficiency and resource allocation
* Support for mechanical system testing, validation, and troubleshooting
* Mentorship of junior structures/mechanical personnel
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* UK CAA Part 66 B1 or B2 License
* Ideally type rated on Boeing 737NG (type courses available)
* Previous modification experience
* Inspection experience in heavy modification programs
* Excellent knowledge of Aircraft or Avionics systems
* Knowledge of MS Office applications
* Right to live and work in the UK
* Subject to UK security vetting
Ongoing Tasks:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of Aircraft or Avionics systems and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize tasks efficiently.
