Retail Installation Support
Location: Honiton, Devon
Salary: A£24,000 per annum

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Retail Installation Support to join our team.

Main responsibilities include:
1. Responding to all telephone calls
2. Issuing customer approval drawings
3. Handling complaints: receiving, informing, and directing customers appropriately
4. Monitoring staged payments
5. Monitoring reviews
6. General administration tasks
7. Ensuring efficient management of company vehicle maintenance
8. Authorizing purchase invoices
9. Managing and collecting outstanding debts promptly
Knowledge, experience, and skills required:
Essential
* Good attention to detail
* Computer literacy, including experience with CRM databases
* Experience in coordinating and scheduling work
* Excellent telephone manner and professional attitude
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
