Commercial European Marketing Manager Gloucester - 2 days per week in office £60k We are looking for a Commercial European Marketing Manager to join our client's marketing team, based in Gloucester. Will be required to work a minimum 2 days a week in the office (Monday and Tuesday). Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives for the European market Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities. Responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans for each key European geography, outlining key objectives, strategies, and tactics Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence in the European market Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and trade shows in the European region to increase brand visibility and engagement Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and stakeholders Regularly monitor marketing insights, including competitor activities and market dynamics, to stay informed about industry trends and identify strategic opportunities Benefits: 25 days annual leave per year (April March) UK bank holidays Life Assurance Company Pension Healthcare cash plan Professional memberships reimbursed Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
