Overview
The company currently wishes to recruit a highly skilled, motivated and driven Multiskilled Engineer, to work as part of the Dunbia Dungannon Retail maintenance team. This represents an excellent opportunity to develop a maintenance career within a dynamic, fast – moving production environment. The successful candidate will report to the Retail Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
The Role:
* Fault diagnosis, repair, servicing and upkeep of equipment.
* Ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are followed and completed.
* Provision of technical support and general maintenance of the site.
* Working with electric, hydraulic and pneumatic operated equipment.
* Support in identifying process improvement.
* Carry out all other electrical and mechanical maintenance.
* Assisting in the general upkeep and repair of the factory facility.
* To ensure continuous operation of all factory utility systems.
* Maintain and promote high standards and quality of work.
* Ensure that company policies and procedures and health and safety practices are followed.
* To ensure all systems are operating in a safe and efficient manner as designed.
* This is a Monday to Friday two shift working pattern.
Qualifications
The Person:
Essential:
* Experience of working in a production environment desired.
* NVQ level 3 with experience in both Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Flexible approach to working patterns.
