Join to apply for the Vehicle Preparation Manager - Burnley role at Motorpoint. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Competitive bonus. Location: Burnley. Contract Type: Permanent. Hours: 42.5.
You will be responsible for the leadership of our preparation operations in Burnley. You will lead, coach and motivate your teams to deliver outstanding results, act as an inspirational leader with strong engagement, and drive improvements in efficiency and quality. You will develop strategy and plans to transform the operation, drawing on industry best practice and a focus on safety, compliance and wellbeing.

Person specification
 * Proven track record of commercial delivery
 * Experience in a workshop/warehouse environment
 * Strong focus on safety, compliance and quality standards

 * Team player who collaborates across sites and HQ to share best practice
 * Experience leading change and transformation
 * Strong internal and external network to develop self and promote the Motorpoint brand
Skills
 * Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify improvement opportunities
 * Strong verbal and numerical analytical ability
 * Effective communication to question, listen, interpret and explain concepts
 * MS Office proficiency
 * Qualification or experience in MOT Test station management (desirable but not essential)
