Make UK is seeking skilled electrical professionals to join their team in providing essential training to the next generation of engineers. This role involves developing and delivering engineering education, including qualifications such as Pearson BTEC National Diplomas, EAL Vocational Awards, and City and Guilds certifications. The position focuses on teaching electrical skills up to level 3.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments
2. Creating course materials like handouts and reference resources
3. Delivering practical training to apprentices and adults
4. Fostering a motivational learning environment
5. Assessing learner progress and providing feedback
Candidates should have:
* Time served apprenticeship or relevant City and Guilds (part 3), Technical Certificate, or higher qualification
* Level 3 (or higher) teaching qualification (preferred)
* Industrial experience and current industry knowledge (desirable)
* Good communication and presentation skills
