Job Purpose and People at Sigma 3 Kitchens
As part of our investment in people, we’re looking for a progressive and creatively driven Brand Content & Social Manager to join our marketing team. This role will take ownership of our multi‑brand social presence and visual storytelling across three channels. This is an exciting step‑up role for a talented Marketing & Comms professional who is ready to lead creative direction, evolve our content identity, and elevate how our brands show up across all channels.
You’ll play a central role in shaping group‑wide social strategy, steering creative development, and producing standout visual brand content, from photography and videography to paid social concepts and in‑showroom visual displays. This position requires a unique mix of creative leadership, platform expertise, and hands‑on content production.

You Will Be Responsible For
* Social Strategy, Trends & Analytics
o Own the creative strategy for all organic social media accounts across all sales channels.
o Use platform insights, audience behaviours, and digital trends to shape content direction and influence wider campaign planning.
o Produce monthly reporting packs summarising key insights, performance shifts, and recommended improvements.
o Ensure the brand responds quickly and creatively to emerging cultural and platform trends.
* Creative Direction for Social Content
o Lead the creative development of concepts, formats, storylines, and visual themes for all social channels.
o Develop content plans that balance seasonal activity, product storytelling, brand values, and audience engagement.
o Mentor junior team members in content creation, design, and platform best practice.
* Brand‑Driven Photography & Video Production
o Oversee and produce brand‑led photography and videography, including:
+ Customer case studies
+ Product walkthroughs
+ USP‑driven product videos
+ Lifestyle shoots
+ Showroom footage
o Manage the full production process: planning, shooting, editing and publishing.
o Maintain visual consistency and quality across all creative output.
* Creative Lead for Paid Social Advertising (All Channels)
o Lead creative concepting and production of assets for paid social campaigns, ensuring all content is optimised for performance.
o Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to interpret briefs, deliver creative variants, and support A/B testing.
o Ensure paid creative aligns with wider brand identity and content strategy.
* Visual Merchandising & Showroom Brand Experience
o Own the creative direction and execution of visual merchandising for showroom displays across the group.
o Develop branded signage, displays, storytelling elements, and POS that enhance customer experience and product understanding.
o Ensure showroom visual identity is aligned with digital channels and brand positioning.
* Cross‑team Creative Collaboration
o Work closely with Brand, Retail, Digital and Product teams to ensure social content supports broader group initiatives.
o Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and creative systems as platforms and audiences evolve.

Skills & Experience
Essential
* Someone who genuinely lives and breathes content: social platforms, creators, visual culture and trends are part of their daily life.
* Proven experience managing and growing brand social channels.
* Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent) and online creative tools, such as Canva
* Confident producing, shooting and editing video content for social.
* Strong photography skills and understanding of lighting, composition and styling.
* Experience leading creative concepts from idea through to delivery.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social data and make strategic recommendations.
* Hands‑on experience producing creative for paid social channels.
* Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Desirable
* Experience in visual merchandising or in‑store display design.
* Experience in a multi‑brand or retail environment.
* Previous involvement in content shoots and production planning.
* Familiarity with scheduling and social management tools.
* Ability to brief and work with external creatives, photographers or videographers.

* £35,000 annual starting salary
