Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator for a client based in St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan. This role is temporary full time and ongoing.
* Pay Rate: £13.25
* Hours Per week: 06:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday.
As a Transport Administrator, your duties will include:
* Undertaking all aspects of office administrative duties such as answering phone-calls, dealing with queries and e-mails promptly.
* Data inputting.
* Stock control, daily count, updating trackers and then reporting numbers to management.
* Creating Documentation for EU outbound Loads, including custom documents. (Full training will be provided)
Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
* Experienced IT user.
* Good experience with Microsoft Excel.
* Accurate with inputting data into systems.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to solve problems.
* Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
