Rural Surveyor - Monmouthshire (Full-time or Part-time)

The Role:
You'll be joining a dynamic rural team, working across a variety of rewarding projects. Depending on your experience, your work may include:
1. Sales of farms, land, and rural property
2. Machinery and collective auctions
3. Compensation and utility claims
4. Rural planning and development
5. Valuations
6. Tenancy and estate management
7. Rural grants and subsidy advice
What We're Looking For:
8. MRICS and FAAV qualified (desirable)
9. Strong technical knowledge in rural surveying
10. Organised, self-driven, and collaborative
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property software
13. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
