Cwmfelin Primary School is situated in the Llynfi Valley. The school serves a wide catchment area and is a well-respected and popular local school with approximately 200 children on roll.
The Governing Body of Cwmfelin Primary School is pleased to invite applications for the post of Deputy Headteacher to join our committed and supportive leadership team. Working closely with the Headteacher, the successful candidate will play a key role in leading and inspiring our school community and in further developing our shared vision of being ‘Eager to learn, proud to achieve.’
Cwmfelin Primary School is seeking a highly motivated, highly effective, and experienced classroom practitioner who is passionate about education and demonstrates the commitment, vision and drive to lead and develop outstanding curriculum provision across the school. You will take a leading role in both the strategic direction and the day-to-day leadership of the school, contributing to the development of a caring and inclusive school environment in which every child is supported to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
As an experienced Deputy Headteacher, school leader or education professional you will have management experience with proven leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be committed to work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents and governors, the Inclusion Service, external agencies, and the local community to provide an environment in which staff and pupils are supported in achieving their full potential.
