What You’ll Need: Registered Nurse qualification ( RGN or RMN ) with active NMC registration. Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills. A caring, professional, approachable personality committed to high-quality care. Previous experience in a nursing home environment. What You’ll Do: Deliver safe, effective, compassionate nursing care to residents with a range of needs. Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.
