Our client is seeking a highly motivated CRM/Database Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team based in either Gloucester or Salisbury. Duties
* Manage data quality, perform data cleansing, and administer the CRM system
* Prepare customer data and produce insightful reports
* Support the planning and execution of email, SMS, digital, and web campaigns
* Assist with website updates, content creation, and social media management
* Coordinate promotional activities, events, and daily marketing initiatives
* Resolve customer data queries promptly and efficiently
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns
* Ensure customer data is accurate, organised, and complies with data protection regulations
Requirements for the Automotive CRM and Marketing Executive position
* Proven experience in a CRM, marketing, or data-focused role
* Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel
* Attentive to detail and highly organised
* Proactive with the ability to balance creative and administrative responsibilities
* Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Flexibility to travel between locations as required
* Knowledge of automotive industry operations, social media, digital content, or analytics tools is desirable but not essential
