Machine/Assembly Operator
Location: Hortonwood, Telford
Pay: £12.85 an hour (going up to £13.30 after 12 weeks)
Shifts: Rotating weekly - 6am-2pm one week, 2pm-10pm the next or vice versa

What You'll Be Doing:
-Running, setting up, and keeping an eye on different manufacturing machines.
-Putting together parts to build bigger assemblies or finished products-this work moves quickly and can be repetitive.
-Checking the quality of what you make and helping with basic fixes or cleaning if needed
-Looking over technical instructions such as jigs
-Keeping your area tidy and safe and following health & safety rules
-Recording what you have done and flagging any issues
-Supporting your team so you hit your daily targets together
Who We're Looking For:
-Some experience in manufacturing or working with machines is a plus, but if you're a -quick learner, we want to hear from you
-Good with your hands and able to use hand/power tools
-Happy working on your feet and able to lift when needed
-Great attention to detail-you care about getting things right
