Your new role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for our clients, ensuringpliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
2. Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
3. Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, and other payroll-related items.
4. Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports.
5. Respond to client enquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
6. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
8. Assist with year-end payroll processes and audits.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications:
9. Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
10. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
11. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
14. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
15. Relevant certification (, Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.
