The Role & Company
We are working on a search for a Director of Learning & Development to lead the design and delivery of a global learning strategy. This role will shape how employees grow, lead, and thrive, ensuring that learning initiatives align with business priorities and future needs. Responsibilities include auditing current programmes, identifying gaps, and creating a roadmap supporting leadership development, talent growth, and employee engagement globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the global L&D strategy and roadmap across leadership, management, and technical development.
* Audit current initiatives, consult with senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Design and deliver scalable learning solutions that balance strategic impact with practical application.
* Build frameworks, toolkits, and programmes for employees at all career stages.
* Partner with HR Directors, business leaders, and global colleagues for alignment and adoption.
* Integrate DEI, mentoring, and AI-driven learning practices into development solutions.
* Manage external vendors, budgets, and programme delivery focusing on ROI and engagement.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing and gaining buy-in.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years of L&D experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic or leadership role.
* Proven track record of developing and scaling L&D programmes across regions.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership skills.
* Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or digital/tech-driven organizations.
* Balance strategy with hands-on programme delivery experience.
* Exposure to DEI-focused initiatives and leadership enablement.
* Pragmatic, results-driven, adaptable approach.
* Experience in a tech-focused, scalable environment.
