We’re a fast-growing, founder-led business passionate about delivering world-class content and exceptional delegate and sponsor experiences. We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our close-knit team and take full ownership of the marketing strategy and execution for our four flagship events.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns that drive event awareness, audience engagement, delegate acquisition, and sponsor visibility. This is a pivotal role with full autonomy over the marketing function — ideal for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and make a real impact.
You’ll also be managing and mentoring our Event Executive, supporting their development while ensuring cohesive, high-performing campaign delivery.
This is a fully remote role, but international travel is part of the experience – you’ll join us on-site at our events in London, New York, Singapore, and Toronto. You’ll also be equipped with an Apple MacBook and be part of a collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver marketing strategies for our flagship events across digital, content, email, and social
* Manage and mentor the Event Executive to support campaign execution and team coordination
* Segment and manage email campaigns through HubSpot, ensuring timely and targeted outreach
* Collaborate with the sales and conference teams to align messaging, timelines, and goals
* Produce high-impact content and campaign assets to promote speakers, sessions, and event value
* Oversee paid and organic social strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
* Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on ROI
* Manage media partnerships and cross-promotional activities
* Help evolve and amplify the Future of Work Series brand across all channels
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B or events (but not essential)
* Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus
* Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (email marketing, automation, CRM)
* Proven ability to develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns
* Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
* Strategic, yet hands-on – willing to roll up sleeves and lead by example
* Confident with data, campaign metrics, and conversion optimisation
* Creative thinker with strong project management and organisation skills
* Enthusiasm for travel and flexibility to attend international events
