Care assistant day

We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide residents with a detailed care plan, and assist with all aspects of personal care during the day. Ensuring the residents maintain independence and dignity, using a person-centred approach.

Rate of Pay
£12.48 to £12.77 per hour

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. To work in line with the Company's culture and ethos promoting Commitment, Connection and Compassion within daily duties.
2. To ensure that the Mobile Care Monitoring (MCM) device is used effectively.
3. Supporting residents with all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining and promoting independence and ensuring privacy and respect.
4. To ensure that residents are dressed appropriately and in possession of their individual aids, i.e. dentures, hearing aids, walking frames etc.
5. Ensure that resident's clothes are cared for and clothing that is to be repaired or beyond repair is reported to housekeeping or a family member.
