Job Description

Location: Whiteley

Salary: £27,456 per annum

Role Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Role Responsibilities

* Support the National Accounts Helpdesk team and Helpdesk Manager
* Confirm job prices using in-house system Xeres
* Liaise with customers to request Purchase Orders
* Adhere to invoicing requirements and meet month-end deadlines
* Cover for the National Accounts Coordinator during absences
* Perform ad hoc duties as required


Person Specification

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Customer-focused with a confident telephone manner
* Team player with good multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience in customer service and administration is essential
