applicants are required to work in this role for six months continuous service in order to qualify for the bonus.
Day-to-day you’ll be ensuring customer orders arrive safely and with a smile. It’s a vital job that involves being out on the road whatever the weather. In return, we provide pre-planned route maps and pre-loaded vans. Every day is different as we deliver shopping for both Ocado Retail and Morrisons.
What do you get in return?
Average hourly rate: £12.67 (base rate, including premiums)
Hourly pay Current rate per hour
Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate) £11.84
Evening Premium £1.12
Sunday Day Premium £2.96
Sunday Evening Premium £4.36
Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) £14.80
Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift) £16.20
