The Creative Lead will report to the Creative Director working Hybrid at our Criterion studio

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Creative Director to develop the Vision for the Campaigns in Battlefield
o Oversee development process from concept to final release collaborating with design, art, programming, and production teams.
o A focus and understanding on Experience and encounter design
o Work with Narrative, Level design, Cinematics and Audio to bring experiences together ensuring continuity and creative agreement
o Ensure the game meets quality standards and player expectations
o Adjust game design based on feedback and player testing results.
o Present project updates to senior management.
o Review all game design content and assets.
o Provide leadership and mentorship to design team members, promoting a positive and creative and inclusive work environment.
o Collaborate to ensure the game is completed on time and within budget.
o Coordinate with external partners, work with marketing and PR teams to promote the game where needed.
o Stay updated with competitors, industry trends and incorporate new technologies
* Requirements
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development in a Creative leadership role.
o Experienced with successful game projects, first person shooter games but also acceptable would be in Single Player / Campaign experiences
o Experience creating innovative, immersive, high quality gaming experiences.
o Inspire and motivate a team.
o Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
o Experience with play testing and gathering player feedback.
o You will manage budgets and resources
o Experience with multiple game development tools and software.
o Experience with project management methodologies.
o Deep passion for video games both as a creator and as a player
o Interest in a varied genre of games, especially first person shooters and military themed ones
