Tech Hiring Platform Contract — 3 months | £500/month retainer + uncapped commission | Remote
The opportunity
We're building something genuinely new in the UK tech hiring space — a curated talent marketplace that connects actively interviewing software engineers from the UK's leading tech companies.
The platform is built, the product works, and we have a clear and compelling story to tell. We now need someone who can get it in front of the right people.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'd be among the first people selling this product, which means real ownership, real commission on every deal you close, and the chance to grow with something from the very beginning.
What you'll be doing
Identifying and reaching out to Heads of Talent, Tech Recruiters, Talent Acquisition leads and engineering leaders at UK tech companies and scaleups via LinkedIn and email. Booking and running discovery calls and product demos. Onboarding new employer accounts onto the platform and seeing them through their free trial. Managing your own pipeline and reporting weekly on activity and progress.
The commission structure
Employers sign annual contracts. You earn 10% of the first year contract value on every employer you convert from trial to paid.
* Starter plan £6,000/year — you earn £600 per close
* Growth plan £12,000/year — you earn £1,200 per close
* Scale plan £24,000/year — you earn £2,400 per close

Close 5 Growth customers and you've earned £6,000 in commission on top of your retainer. There is no cap.
Who we're looking for
Someone who has sold into HR, talent or recruiting teams before and knows how hiring decisions get made. Experience selling an ATS, job board, recruiter tool or any HR tech product is a strong advantage. You're comfortable working independently, doing your own outreach and managing your own time without hand-holding. You write well and communicate clearly because that's the job.
You don't need to be based in London but you need to understand the UK tech market and be comfortable reaching out to people at companies like Monzo, Stripe, Revolut and their peers.
What success looks like
In three months, we'd expect a strong performer to have activated 15 to 20 employer trial accounts and converted 4 to 8 of those into paying customers. Quality matters as much as quantity — we're targeting well-known UK tech companies and scaleups specifically, not anyone and everyone.
