Job Description:
The Osteotec Spine Division is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets within the designated territory, supporting company objectives, and managing the entire sales cycle with guidance from the Sales Manager.
The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by selling spine products to healthcare professionals, providing excellent customer service, and acquiring new customers through technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell spine products to NHS and private hospitals.
* Meet sales targets and KPIs.
* Demonstrate medical equipment in clinical settings.
* Conduct product trials and evaluations.
* Provide outstanding service to existing and new customers.
* Develop and execute a sales business plan.
* Manage resources and stock in hospitals.
* Build relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement.
* Organize training workshops.
* Report sales activities and market insights.
* Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
* Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to meet sales goals.
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
* Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Qualifications include excellent interpersonal skills, decisiveness, ambition, resilience, organizational skills, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Medical device sales experience, especially in spine or orthopaedics, is essential. A valid driving license is required.
