Kent Skin and Laser Clinic is a specialist dermatology and aesthetics provider serving clients across Canterbury. As our clinic grows, we're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Clinic Administrator to support our daily operations and client experience.
About the Role
This is an on‐site, part‐time role (approx. 24 hours per week) working within clinic opening times of 8:30am–5:00pm or 6:00pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays. You'll be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic, ensuring smooth front‐of‐house operations and supporting the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle telephone enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
* Manage appointment scheduling, client check‐in/out, and online booking systems
* Learn our treatment menu, pricing, and practitioner specialisms (training provided)
* Create invoices, take payments, and complete payment reconciliation
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with clinical standards
* Support onboarding and training for new team members on systems and procedures
* Coordinate staff schedules and assist with day‐to‐day clinic operations
* Monitor supplies and equipment needs
* Support basic budgeting, reporting, and adherence to health & safety guidelines
About You
* Strong customer‐service skills with a warm, reassuring communication style
* Confident handling enquiries and resolving concerns in a calm, professional manner
* Experience with invoicing, payment reconciliation, or basic financial admin
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a busy clinical setting
* Comfortable with IT systems, scheduling software, and digital tools
* Able to maintain accurate clinical documentation with strict confidentiality
* Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare admin is an advantage
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
