* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others.
* A proactive, adaptable approach to working in a dynamic, evolving educational setting.

What You Can Expect:

* Enthusiastic, motivated students with a genuine love of learning.
* Well-equipped, modern classrooms with access to cutting-edge technology.
* A highly supportive and respectful working environment.
* Weekly CPD and opportunities for career development.
* Competitive salary with London Fringe pay scale enhancement.
* Membership of the Teachers' Pension Scheme.
* Additional benefits, including a staff referral scheme.
