We are seeking a talented Sales individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Worcester. It is a hybrid position requiring at least 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home after training and probation.

Importantly, this role does not involve cold calling. Instead, you will engage with warm leads sourced from web inquiries, affinity partners, and other channels—converting genuine interest into valuable new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Prospect relationship development and management
* Project management from initial point of prospect contact to transition to client
* Deliver sales and growth with a focus on your dedicated industry sector
* Demonstrate strong team collaboration to forge proactive working relationships within the business
* Provide insight and thought leadership within your sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders
Qualifications
* Previous target‑driven sales experience
* Ability to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential insurance clients
* Excellent interpersonal skills to present to prospective clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
* Excellent time management
