Sales Support Administrator
Location: Trafford Park, Manchester (Fully Office Based)
Salary: £28,000 + Benefits (Permanent / Full Time)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, driven and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional service experience, managing B2B orders, handling enquiries, and supporting the wider sales team to deliver results.

Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service via phone and email.
Liaise with Sales, Product Managers, Warehouse and Carriers to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Accurately input orders using Sage 200, generating order acknowledgements, delivery notes and invoices.
Manage stock allocation, back orders and delivery queries, investigating shortages or complaints efficiently.
Provide ETA updates, proof of deliveries (PODs), and manage price updates in collaboration with Account Managers.
Ensure customer SOPs and delivery requirements are followed to prevent any fulfilment issues.
Requirements:
A strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Able to prioritise workload and work independently when needed.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, EDI or OrderWise is desirable (full training provided).
