Private Wealth - Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor - Birmingham- This National law firm are seeking a talented Solicitor to join its reputable Private Wealth team in Birmingham. This role focuses on non-contentious matters, providing high-quality legal advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to £75,000
Previous Experience: 1+ PQE with Expertise in advising on HNW/UHNW estate planning and relevant tax legislation

You will be part of a reputable team engaging in high quality work and acting for prestigious clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Advising clients on lifetime and estate tax planning, inheritance tax mitigation, and estate administration.
* Drafting Wills, forming trusts, and providing guidance on trust taxation and administration.
* Work on the formation and taxation of family investment companies (experience preferred but not essential).
* Collaborate with financial advisers, accountants, and investment managers for tailored, holistic advice.
* Engage in business development activities, and develop specialisms in the team's practice areas.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor 1+ PQE).
* Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
* Experience in advising on estate planning and tax legislation.
* Knowledge of trusts and their establishment, taxation, and administration.
* STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
