We are looking for a qualified Company Commercial Solicitor with up to two years PQE to join our Business and Commercial Property Team. You will be supporting two Partners with the emphasis on expanding the Company Commercial work undertaken in the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Sale and Purchases of Businesses (both Asset Sales and Purchases and Share Sales and Purchases)
* Shareholder Agreements
* Commercial agreements including terms and conditions of business and Business contracts
You will be using your excellent client-focused skills on building/maintaining excellent relationships, responding promptly to all enquiries and complaints in a clear and engaging fashion. You will be required to achieve billing targets and have the opportunity to participate in marketing and networking activities.
Experience
* Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar field (or ability to demonstrate equivalent skills)
* Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Expert, up-to-date knowledge regarding company-commercial work
* Adhering to GDPR/Data Protection Legislation and following internal Information Security Protocols
Qualifications
* To be qualified and eligible to practice as a solicitor in England
