Are you a children’s nurse with an interest in working in a children’s community nursing team? You will join our Children's Community Nursing Team (CCNT) in Bury to provide essential care closer to home for babies, children, and young people facing various health challenges. You will offer a person-centred approach to independence and wellbeing and ensure compassionate, personalised patient care.

Key responsibilities
* Provide nursing care to children and young people across Bury with acute, chronic, and complex health needs.
* Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate programmes of care for children and young people.
* Supervise, teach, and assess other staff/professionals and students to support nursing care.
* Undertake nursing interventions aligned with evidence-based practice and apply knowledge and skills to meet patient needs.
* Ensure accurate documentation of nursing notes within an electronic patient record (EPR) in accordance with NMC standards and Trust policies/guidelines.

Requirements
* Current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UK, or be on a course leading to a full NMC PIN within the next 3 months. Note: NMC PRN PIN is not acceptable for this role.
* OSCE programme for International Nurses: the Trust has paused OSCE arrangements; check the NMC for guidance on gaining a full PIN in the future.
