Overview
Lead Technical Program Manager role at JPMorgan Chase within CIB Markets Technology - Digital Markets Execution. Drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to shape the overall product vision and agree on the shared OKRs for the products within your portfolio.
* Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year technology roadmaps that provide clear direction and alignment across multi-disciplinary teams for successful delivery.
* Orchestrate project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
* Establish and manage a transparent governance structure that encourages open communication across the organization.
* Guide technology teams to navigate or eliminate organizational obstacles to delivery.
* Understand the regulatory environment and ensure a robust controls framework is in place.
* Utilize data-driven assets to review program performance, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate business results through metrics.
* Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into easily understood solutions.
* Demonstrated strong risk awareness and critical thinking abilities.
* Expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with a diverse audience across various levels of seniority.
* Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business or technical objectives into manageable activities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* Degree-level education or higher in a STEM subject matter is preferred.
* Familiarity with Markets Sales processes and experience with trade booking systems in large organizations would be advantageous.
