Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in complex operational environments? We're looking for aProduct Ownerto lead the evolution of our delivery planning and performance systems.
In this pivotal role, you'll act as a product manager within our Delivery Systems Team, supporting both legacy VBA tools and the transition to modern digital platforms. You'll collaborate across Operations, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure our systems meet the needs of a fast-paced, high-volume delivery network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and prioritise the product backlog for delivery systems.
* Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
* Champion Agile delivery practices and represent the voice of the customer.
* Support legacy system maintenance while driving digital transformation.
* Use data and KPIs to inform decisions and optimise performance.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong understanding of logistics, workforce planning, or delivery operations.
* Experience managing legacy systems and leading digital migrations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Agile delivery experience and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Proven ability to deliver projects in complex, matrixed environments.
Desirable:Experience in postal/logistics sectors, product ownership, and transformation delivery.
