We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a young adult with complex care needs within the community in Henfield, East Sussex. This is a 2:1 care package, and you will be working as part of a dedicated team supporting an individual with significant physical disabilities and complex health needs. The role requires carers who are compassionate, patient, and confident supporting individuals with complex care requirements. About the Role The client is a gentle and pleasant young adult who enjoys interaction, music and sensory engagement. He is non-verbal and requires full support with daily living, mobility and communication. You will be part of a team providing person-centred care to ensure the client remains comfortable, safe and supported throughout the day.
