Your new role:
An essential part of the Technical Operations Team, responsible for managing and completing risk capture and endorsement processing to ensure accurate and timely data recording.
Responsibilities include:
1. Binding/Slip Processing: Ensuring data entry and accuracy within the underwriting system from slips and endorsements, liaising with stakeholders, and reviewing processes for efficiency.
2. Outsourced Management: Maintaining SOPs, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met by outsourced providers.
3. Earnings: Coordinating with the Actuarial team to update earning patterns monthly.
4. Data Quality: Maintaining data accuracy, training teams, and collaborating with Data Quality teams to improve data integrity.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Overseeing month-end procedures, workload prioritization, audit support, and reporting for management.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years in the Insurance industry
* Operations/Management experience, including managing outsourced providers
* Understanding of Underwriting and Policy Administration systems
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to analyze reports and work under tight deadlines
