About the Role
We are working directly with a leading residential developer to recruit a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor for an exciting development in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established developer offering high-quality homes and strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
*
Conducting site tours and showcasing show homes to prospective buyers
*
Building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through the purchasing journey
*
Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
*
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
*
Maintaining accurate records and progressing sales through CRM systems
*
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience in new homes sales or property sales (essential)
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Target-driven with a proven track record in sales
*
Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
*
Ability to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off in lieu)
*
Full UK driving licence preferred
