Job title: Assistant Operations Manager, Avex Classics International (London office)
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Hours of work: Full time (Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 17:30) with occasional weekend work
Key external partners: Avex Classics International’s head office in Tokyo (ACI Tokyo), freelance producers, promoters, agents and freelance artists and technicians
Location of work: Orion House, 5 Upper St Martin’s Lane, London WC2A 9EA, United Kingdom
Hybrid working: For discussion, but generally flexible

ACI London is comprised of a lean team of passionate individuals who love music, arts, and immersive entertainment. Our team is small but our operation is global, working with promoters, artists, and businesses from diverse cultures. We manage a select roster of artists and are developing new production formats.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) supports the HoIO, DHoIO, and the operations team in coordinating and administrating ACI’s international productions and artist performances to the highest standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
* Administering artist and promoter contracts in liaison with the OM and Tokyo legal team.
* Coordinating marketing, analyzing ticket reports, and supporting promotional activities.
* Updating production riders with technical partners and collaborating with external teams.
* Booking and contracting artists and staff.
* Assisting with project budgets.
* Arranging travel, visas, work permits, and logistics for engagements.
* Managing rehearsals, performances, artist liaison, and welfare.
* Overseeing guest tickets, merchandise, and programs.
Additional duties include supporting accounts, updating records and social media, website management, and research for new productions.
The role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with experience in concert or event management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software.
