Overview:
We are seeking an organised and proactive IFA Administrator to support Financial Advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning services. The role involves managing new and existing business, liaising with clients and providers, and ensuring all documentation and processes are compliant and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection
2. Preparing documentation for client meetings, including valuations and review packs
3. Submitting applications and monitoring cases through to completion
4. Liaising with providers, platforms, and third parties to obtain information and updates
5. Managing Letters of Authority and chasing outstanding information
6. Updating and maintaining accurate records on the back-office/CRM system
7. Supporting advisers with annual reviews and ongoing servicing
8. Handling client queries via phone and email in a professional manner
9. Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA regulations and internal procedures
Skills & Experience:
10. Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
11. Knowledge of pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products
12. Familiarity with CRM/back-office systems (e.g., Intelliflo, XPLAN, IO, etc.)
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
14. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
15. Excellent communication and client service skills
