What youll be doing
As Account Director, youll take full ownership of client relationships, managing multi-channel CRM programmes from strategy through to delivery. Youll act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring work meets their objectives, budgets and timelines.
Youll oversee a small, talented team of Account Managers and Executives - providing guidance, mentoring and clear direction to help them grow. Youll collaborate closely with planning, creative and data teams to deliver work thats insight-led, creatively sharp and commercially sound.
Day to day, youll be presenting campaign ideas, scoping projects, managing budgets and spotting opportunities to deepen client relationships. What experience youll need to apply
* Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within an agency environment.
* Strong understanding of CRM, customer engagement, or data-driven marketing.
* Experience managing large-scale client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Confident presenting and pitching ideas to clients at a senior level.
