Entry Level Management Trainee
£25,000 - £29,000 per annum
Established in 1993, Resiblock Limited based in Basildon, Essex, are the market leaders providing specialist chemicals to seal, stabilise and protect paving, worldwide. Product sales and technical support is global with projects in the UK, Europe, Middle and Far East ranging from London's O2 Arena to Ras Laffan Port Qatar and Hong Kong Airport, Chek Lap Kok.
As an entry level Management Trainee you will be focused on supporting day to day business processes immersed in the fundamentals of Resiblock, developing your leadership skills and preparing you for future management opportunities. You will engage on a daily basis with existing clients ranging from homeowners, contractors, local authorities, engineers and architectural practices.
Some key tasks:
* Inbound & outbound orders
* Stock
* Telephone support
* IT
* SEO
* Project campaigns
* Shipping UK & Export
What we are looking for:
* Be self motivated and efficient with a positive attitude
* Excellent customer focus
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Proficient using a computer is essential (use of Microsoft packages would be an advantage)
* Clean driving licence
Details:
Hours 8:30am to 5:00pm
28 days paid holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
