As a New Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting early-stage conversations into long-term client partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
Identify and target new business opportunities across relevant industries
Generate new business leads via LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator), Google Ads, email outreach, cold calling, and networking
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Engage and influence senior decision-makers within target organisations
Use a solution-selling approach to understand client challenges and position tailored offerings effectivelyOpportunity Development & Conversion
Qualify inbound and outbound leads effectively
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen when assessing opportunity value and potential
Translate client needs into structured commercial opportunities
Support the creation of compelling, value-led proposals
Collaborate with senior leadership on early-stage commercial discussionsClient Engagement
Act as the first commercial point of contact for new enquiries
Build strong, trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present technical and design capabilities in a consultative, solution-led manner
Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycleCommercial Strategy Support
Contribute to go-to-market strategy and messaging development
Provide market insight, competitor intelligence, and client feedback
