About the Role

We are seeking new team members to join us as Guest Services Team Member Plus.
As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on Mondays and Fridays, cleaning our accommodation and delivering excellent service to our guests during their stay. You will assist guests in curating their experience by providing advice about our product offerings and local area.
Our goal is to make our guests' holidays fun and memorable. If issues arise, you will use your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand and resolve them, logging feedback and ensuring follow-up. You will also manage the check-in process and assist guests face-to-face with any needs.
Live-in accommodation is available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Be fast-paced, motivated, and eager to learn.
* Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others.
* Support your colleagues as a team player.
* Have a confident telephone manner and problem-solving skills for guest interactions.
* Be comfortable using various systems to log jobs and feedback.
We will provide training and support to develop your skills. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy working with different team members and guests.
