HomeWell Care Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Care Supervisor to oversee client care, support caregivers, and ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the community.
This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in home care or healthcare who is passionate about helping seniors and supporting caregivers.

Responsibilities
* Oversee care services for assigned clients
* Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits
* Support, coach, and monitor caregiver performance
* Maintain care plans and client documentation
* Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
* Resolve client care concerns professionally and promptly
* Assist with scheduling continuity and service coordination
* Ensure quality care and compliance with agency standards
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, or care coordination
* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
