You’ll receive a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside Lidl.

What you’ll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
* Provide customers with a high-quality experience on every visit

* Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment
* The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
* Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to stay calm in any situation
