You’ll work with different systems, communicate with both customers and authorities, and assist with passenger loading and disembarkation. This position is based on a variable shift pattern of 8 hours, working any 5 days out of 7.
Please note - this role will be a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months
You will be responsible for
Using Seabook and Phoenix systems to manage passenger check-ins.
Sharing service updates with customers as directed by the Duty Manager or Supervisor.
Checking hazardous materials in Hazcheck to ensure safe handling procedures are followed.
Liaising with relevant authorities to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
Assisting with passenger embarkation and disembarkation.Core skills required
