£160 -£190 per day

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team of education professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a variety of primary schools in Derby, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to children across different year groups and subject areas.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum, ensuring that all students have access to a broad and balanced education.
*Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.
*Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
*Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development, tracking progress against learning objectives and targets.
*Establish positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
*Contribute to the wider life of the school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
*Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and orderly learning environment conducive to learning.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
*A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in training opportunities relevant to primary education.
*Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo clearance) is essential.
