Project Manager Job - £70k-£80k plus Package – Care Home

Your New RoleAs Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of an 80-bed care home new build project in the east midlands.Key duties include:
1. Lead the project from planning through to completion.
2. Manage budgets, timelines, and overall project performance.
3. Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations.
4. Maintain compliance with health & safety and building regulations.
5. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project.
6. Resolve issues quickly to keep the project on track.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
7. CSCS Black Card
8. SMSTS
9. First Aid Certification
10. NVQ Level 6 or higher
11. Proven track record in managing multi-room new build and refurbishment projects
12. Strong leadership and communication skills
13. Must live within 1 hour of Chester
