Join our Realise Team, part of the Somerset Care Group, in Street. Our tailored service provides support to people within their own homes, out and about, with personal care, hobbies, or companionship.
Responsibilities
* As a valued member of our team, Support Workers are key to helping us provide the support and care our clients deserve.
* Support Workers do more than a job; you will be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centred care, tailored to the needs of each individual.
* You’ll be working from care plans, supporting with day-to-day living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, emotional support, social interactions, or accompanying those we support to appointments.
* By joining us as a Support Worker, you will help support the values of making a difference and doing the right thing, which makes this so much more than just a job.
Requirements
* Knowledge of the Street area and able to commute to Street from your home location.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Experience in mental health and learning disabilities is desirable
Role details
Although no experience is required for this role, you will need to ensure you have the following.
