We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Burton.
We seek a passionate, committed individual eager to advance as a Recruitment Consultant in the Transport and Logistics sector.
This role is vital in maintaining Driver Hire's reputation for providing reliable and quality drivers and logistics staff, while ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards.
What does the role involve?
After training, your daily responsibilities will include managing client and candidate expectations, working with a team equally dedicated to excellent service. Your tasks will cover the entire recruitment cycle, including:
1. Identifying new prospect clients and making initial sales calls
2. Visiting clients to discuss supply needs
3. Recruiting and registering candidates
4. Managing temporary workforce to meet customer requirements
5. Participating in on-call duties
New Recruitment Consultants will receive induction and training to develop essential skills and knowledge for the role.
What do you need to be successful?
Key qualities include:
1. Ability to grow the branch through new business sales and build strong relationships with candidates and clients
2. Adherence to processes and procedures with attention to detail
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Organized work approach and time management
5. Full UK driving license
