We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead / Manager to support large-scale business transformation programs across our global clients.


The Role

As a Change Management Lead, you will play a critical role in enabling successful business transformation for our clients by ensuring that organisational, cultural, and operational changes are effectively adopted.

You will work closely with client executives, programme leadership, business stakeholders, and transformation teams to design and implement change strategies that ensure the successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and business models—particularly within SAP-enabled transformation programs.

You will lead the Organisational Change Management (OCM) workstream across transformation programs, helping organisations prepare, adopt, and sustain change while delivering measurable business value.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive organisational change management strategies aligned with programme objectives and business transformation goals.
* Lead the OCM workstream within large transformation programmes, particularly those involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM and cloud-based solutions.
* Define change roadmaps including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies.
* Ensure transformation initiatives deliver sustainable behavioural change and business value realisation.


Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Advisory

* Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, programme sponsors, and business leaders.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure alignment and engagement.
* Support executive leadership in navigating organisational impacts of transformation.


Adoption & Business Readiness

* Lead initiatives focused on user adoption, organisational readiness and change impact assessment.
* Develop structured communication strategies and engagement frameworks to support transformation initiatives.
* Ensure readiness for major programme milestones including system deployments, process redesign and operating model changes.


Training & Capability Development

* Design and oversee training and learning strategies to support technology and process adoption.
* Develop capability frameworks to enable long-term organisational maturity and self-sufficiency.
* Support clients in building internal change capability and leadership alignment.
* Participate in programme governance structures, including steering committees and transformation boards.
* Work closely with programme managers, delivery leads, and consulting teams to ensure change activities are integrated into the overall transformation roadmap.
* Track and report change adoption metrics, programme progress, and business outcomes.


Consulting & Business Development

* Contribute to proposal development, pre-sales activities and transformation strategy engagements.
* Support the creation of client propositions and thought leadership in business transformation and organisational change.
* Represent Acuiti Labs in industry forums, events and client engagements.


What You’ll Bring


Experience

* Proven experience delivering Organisational Change Management within large business transformation programmes.
* Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation programs, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, or enterprise platforms.
* Experience working in consulting or advisory environments, supporting complex global clients.
* Demonstrated ability to manage change across multi-country and distributed delivery environments.


Skills & Capabilities

* Strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and business leaders.
* Exceptional communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling change narratives.
* Experience in organisational design, communication strategy, training development and adoption management.
