Offer description

Leonard Curtis exists to move people and businesses forward with purpose. We are a B2B professional services group focused on building long term relationships to support businesses through challenge and opportunities, and our digital presence is central to how our brand shows up for key audiences.

This new Digital Marketing Manager role will lead our digital strategy, manage three executives and ensure our digital platforms and campaigns work together to strengthen engagement and increase brand awareness across the group as we continue to grow rapidly.

This role will take ownership of our digital ecosystem – email, web, SEO, MarTech and digital assets – ensuring everything is aligned, measured and continually optimised. You will combine strategic thinking with hands on engagement, working closely with the Head of Marketing, as well as external suppliers, to deliver an audience focused digital experience. Managing a team of three executives, you will provide clear direction and support while driving innovation in areas such as automation and the use of AI.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape digital marketing within a growing, PE‑backed business at a pivotal stage of its development. You’ll manage and develop a multi‑disciplinary digital team within a collaborative marketing function that works across all areas of the group and engages closely with senior stakeholders. The role offers exposure to a wide range of professional services, audiences, and digital projects, providing real variety and impact in a supportive, innovative, and professional environment.

* Proven experience in lead nurturing, including journey design and measurement.
* Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and website optimisation, including working with external specialists or agencies. Experience using Webflow is desired but not essential.
* Confident managing and optimising MarTech stacks (e.g. CRM, email platforms, analytics including Power BI, marketing automation, webinar tools, Monday.com).
* Awareness of digital compliance requirements (e.g. data protection, preferences management) and how to embed them in day to day activity.
* Experience managing or mentoring others, with the ability to set direction, prioritise workload and support development.
* Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to generate insights and make decisions.
* A collaborative, curious mindset, with an interest in new digital approaches and technologies.

Job Responsibilities

* Owning our digital platforms with a focus on strengthening engagement with our audiences and increasing brand awareness.
* Leading and delivering our SEO and web optimisation strategy, owning and optimising our digital assets (websites, landing pages, portals and other platforms) to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
* Managing our digital community engagement and lead nurturing approaches across digital channels, ensuring timely, relevant and relationship led touchpoints.
* Developing and delivering paid media strategies.
* Driving MarTech development, including assessing and implementing new tools and capabilities such as AI to support efficiency and insight.
* Providing strategic guidance for the email marketing function, including audience segmentation, lifecycle journeys and nurture flows to optimise our distribution channels.
* Managing robust reporting frameworks to track digital performance, audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
* Ensuring data and digital activity comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, working with stakeholders to embed best practice.
* Managing relationships with external digital suppliers, setting clear briefs, KPIs and holding them to account on delivery.
* Safeguarding and enhancing brand consistency across all digital assets and channels, working closely with design and content colleagues.
* Managing budgets for digital activity, ensuring spend is planned, tracked and aligned to priorities and performance.
* Collaborating with internal teams (including content, data and business development) to ensure digital plans support wider objectives.
* Managing three executives working across email, web, design and digital platforms, providing day to day leadership, coaching and development.
* Sharing regular insight and recommendations with the Head of Marketing and wider stakeholders, translating data into clear actions.

Benefits

* Salary aligned with your skills and expertise.
* 25 days holiday allowance plus statutory public holidays.
* A clear progression route to further your career.
* Birthday leave.
* 2 giving back days per year – paid leave to work with local charities or good causes.
