Internal Sales Administrator up to £30,000 Free parking My client a well established company based in North Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator. This is a fully office based role. You will be required to work within a small team supporting the Sales Manager with enquiries and assisting to develop leads for the business. You will be responsible for carrying out the following duties: · Answering inbound customer enquiries · Making outbound calls to lapsed and potential customers · Researching new customers · Answering customer queries and sending out product information · Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers · Following up on live quotations · Researching and qualifying new leads · Staying up to date about competing products and services · Sending out e-shots and mailshots · Assisting the marketing department at Head Office To apply you must have · Previous experience in a similar position is preferred · Good IT skills · Excellent communication skills · Excellent customer service skills In return the company offer a fantastic working environment within modern offices, a long term career, parking, attendance bonus, pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a competitive salary.
